Use

This category displays all of the learning net types and related learning nets published in the SAP system.

Details of the language and category assignment is displayed for learning net types. The publication date is displayed for learning nets.  The following table shows which detail areas are available for which overview areas in the category Publisher Content.

Features

·        Details

This overview area displays the information that is written to the SAP system from the Authoring Environment at the time of publishing.

·        Courses

This overview area displays all courses (WBTs) that use the selected learning net.

You can access the detail screen of a course by double-clicking it, where you can view further information such as prices, relationships, or course content.

You can display the participant list for a course by clicking Test participants.

·        Learning nets

This overview area displays the learning net and object hierarchy of the learning net currently selected in the navigation area.

The following detail areas are available for the overview area Learning net:

¡        Details

This overview area displays the information that is written to the SAP system at the time of import.

To display the content of a selected object, choose Start Content in Browser. The URL is displayed in the browser as well. For security reasons, there is no automatic authentication transferred for the Content Management System. You must perform authentication manually if it is required for the Content Management System.

¡        Publisher

This detail area is only available if the object selected is a published learning net. It displays the information that is written to the SAP system at the time of publishing.

¡        Learning objectives

This detail area displays the learning objectives related with the selected object (“flat“).

¡        Use

This detail area displays what learning nets still use the object selected in the overview area Learning net (“deep“).

¡        Versions

This detail area displays a list of all precursor versions of a reusable object or learning net selected in the overview area Learning net.

¡        Statistics

This detail area displays data from the learner accounts of all learners of an object selected in the navigation area. This includes details of the effective completion time in seconds per participant for the course. For data security reasons, only the participation document is displayed, not the learner’s name.

¡        Test elements

This detail area displays all of the test elements (tests and test items) contained in the selected object. It forms a link to the data of the Test Publisher.

·        Learning objectives

This overview area displays all of the learning objectives of a published learning net currently selected in the navigation area and all of the learning objectives of learning subnets and learning objects contained in this net. The following detail areas are available per learning objective:

¡        Use

This detail area displays all of the learning nets and reusable objects related with the selected learning objective. Moreover, the display includes learning nets and reusable objects that reference these learning nets and reusable objects (deep where-used list).

¡        Courses

This detail area displays all courses that use the corresponding learning net type.

¡        Qualifications

This detail area displays the relevance with which qualifications are used with this learning objective. Starting from a selected learning objective, the display includes a where-used list for all of the published learning nets that contain the learning objective. The system then reads the courses that use the learning nets found. The frequency with which a qualification is imparted by the courses found is displayed under Relevance [%].

Note that this analysis may take some time due to the volume of data that is involved.

The analysis tells you what learning objectives are used to impart a qualification or what test items impart a qualification.

¡        Test data

This detail area displays a list of the test items that test the learning objective. The display includes details of what tests use the test items concerned.
