Following Up Courses
Procedure

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Courses ® Follow Up. The Follow Up Course screen appears.
2. Enter the delivery method, and the course or curriculum you want to follow up.

Choose 
data screen. The Follow Up Participation screen
appears.
You specify whether a participant is included in follow-up processing. The system automatically flags participants who have not yet been followed up; participants already followed up are not flagged. You can change these Customizing settings for participants as required. You can also:
¡ Confirm participation
¡ Rate participation
¡ Select a reason for a fail result
¡ Flag participation for further follow-up
4. Choose Check Entries before proceeding with the next step.
5. Choose Continue. The Transfer Qualifications screen appears.
A list of qualifications to be transferred is displayed. You can:
¡ Flag the qualification to be awarded to the participant in the back-end system.
¡ Change the proficiency and validity dates of the qualification if Customizing settings allow this.
6. Choose Continue. The Follow Up Course screen appears.
You can:
¡ Flag the course as relevant for follow-up
¡ Flag the course as to be historically recorded
7. Choose Check Entries before proceeding with the next step.
8. Choose Continue. The Save Follow-Up screen appears.
An overview of the individual processing steps is displayed.

Result
· You have followed up the course.
· Qualifications have been awarded, where relevant.
· A participation history has been created where relevant.
· The course has been historically recorded where relevant.
· Confirmation of participation notifications are issued (depending on your settings).
