Use

The interface Activity Allocation in Training Management lets you internally allocate instructor functions for internal employees from Training Management to a central Cost Accounting System (CO).

In Training Management, report RHINLV10_LSO determines what instructors are to be allocated internally. Settlement data is transmitted to Cost Accounting (CO). A completeness check is carried out for the data. This data transfer takes place using synchronous communication.
If the result of the check is positive, a reference number is created in Training Management and the settlement data is transferred to Cost Accounting via asynchronous communication.
In Cost Accounting, internal allocation is performed for the transferred instructor, and a billing document is created.
A document comparison is performed in Training Management whereby the reference number is transmitted to Cost Accounting. The document information is returned to Training Management from Cost Accounting (using synchronous communication).

Prerequisites

Release 4.0B or higher of Cost Accounting application components.

The cost centers and activity types must be distributed.

The customer distribution model must be maintained. When you are specifying the object method, you must define the HR system as the sending system and the CO system as the receiving system.

You have to make the following entries in ALE Customizing, under Basis ® Application Link Enabling (ALE) ® Modeling and Implementing Business Processes ® Maintain Distribution Model and Distribute Views, and choosing Maintain Method.
