Use

You can use this procedure for the report RHINLV00_LSO (or RHXINLV0_LSO) to settle participation fees internally for Training Management via the ALE interface to Cost Accounting.

You can also use the report to evaluate activity allocations that have already been performed. To do so, you simply enter the required reporting period and select the list output parameters.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Standard Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution® Training Management ® Course ® Activity Allocation ® Participation. The system displays the selection screen of report RHXINLV0_LSO.
  2. On the selection screen, enter the ID of the course for which you want to perform internal activity allocation.
  3. Specify the document date and the posting date.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The system checks synchronously whether the settlement data is complete.

    If data is missing, an error log is output. You can use this to add missing data. If data is missing, you cannot allocate participation fees.

  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Allocation. Using asynchronous communication, Training Management transmits the complete settlement data to Cost Accounting, where participation fees are allocated internally.
