A remuneration clearing rule determines the individual remuneration clearing rules assigned to a given remuneration agreement, and makes these available in the prescribed sequence.

If no rule is found, a note is output. A note is also output if multiple rules that have been determined have the same sequence number.

A remuneration clearing rule includes the following data (key data is marked out in bold):

• Number of standard remuneration clearing agreement
• Agreement category (global or standard remuneration clearing)
• Sequence number of the rule within the agreement
• Version number
• Number of individual remuneration clearing rule

Management of remuneration clearing, and of the agreement itself, is conducted in Customizing. The object is subject to period management.
