Use
In different areas of the screen, you can decide which columns should be displayed.
Prerequisites
Specify which columns can be selected in Customizing. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG), under Personnel Management
® Global Settings in Personnel Management ® Column Framework. You can also refer to the IMG for Organizational Management under Hierarchy Framework ® Column Framework.Configure Columns
The dialog box Configure Columns appears.
Some entries represent column groups, which means that several columns are displayed if you select such an entry.
Result
The selected columns are displayed.

You can use report RH_DELETE_COL_USER_SETTINGS to reset a user's column configuration. Note that the reset has cross-application consequences. For more information, read the report documentation.
