Use

In different areas of the screen, you can decide which columns should be displayed.

Prerequisites

Specify which columns can be selected in Customizing. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG), under Personnel Management ® Global Settings in Personnel Management ® Column Framework. You can also refer to the IMG for Organizational Management under Hierarchy Framework ® Column Framework.

Configure Columns

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. The dialog box Configure Columns appears.

  3. Select the columns you want to display.
  4. Some entries represent column groups, which means that several columns are displayed if you select such an entry.

  5. Confirm with This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The selected columns are displayed.

Note

You can use report RH_DELETE_COL_USER_SETTINGS to reset a user's column configuration. Note that the reset has cross-application consequences. For more information, read the report documentation.
