Use

You use this function to create credit memos for participation fees (whole or in part) that have already been billed in Training Management.

Prerequisites

Participation fees must have already been successfully billed.

Procedure

       1.      On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution  ® Billing and Activity Allocation ®Billing. The selection screen of the billing and credit memo program appears.

       2.      Specify whether you want to start the program with a course, a course type, or a course group by selecting the relevant option.

       3.      In the Object ID field, enter the details according to your object selection. You can make a multiple selection if required.

       4.      Enter the reporting period.

       5.      Select already billed participants.

Note

Since you can only create credit memos for participation fees that have already been billed, any other selection for list output would result in an error message.

       6.      If required, change the billing document date. In this case, it refers to the date the credit memo should be created. The default date proposed by the system is the current date.

       7.      Choose Execute. A list screen appears displaying participants that have been billed for the selected course.

       8.      Select the participants for whom you want to create credit memos and choose Create credit memo.

       9.      A dialog box appears in which you can specify the amount (whole or part) to be credited.

   10.      Choose Save.

Result

You have created a credit memo.
