Multiple Checks in One Cycle (Infotype 0815) 

Definition

Information that contains information about supplemental payments.

Use

Supplemental payments are payments that an employee should receive in the current payroll period outside of the regular payroll run. In this case, the system creates one or more other payroll runs in the current period (supplemental runs) using the Multiple Checks in One Cycle function. Payroll must therefore only be started once.

Structure

The Checks in One Cycle infotype (0815) has two subtypes: You create subtype 0 using master data maintenance in the infotypes named below. Subtype 1 is created by payroll.

Integration

You can not enter data for infotype 0815 directly, instead you have to use the following infotypes:

·        Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014)

·        Additional Payment (0015)

·        Employee Remuneration Information(2010)

The necessary input fields are available in these infotypes for the relevant wage types. You generate a record of infotype 0815 with an entry in these fields. This record then triggers a supplemental run when payroll is started in the relevant period.
