Object documentation Infotype: Export Status (0415)  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Definition

Infotype with which the interface toolbox manages the export status of the individual interface formats.

Use

The infotype enables you to run payroll at the same time as other interface formats (Master Data interfaces and payroll interfaces) in the SAP system. Separate administration of retroactive accounting (using the Payroll Status infotype (0003)) and interfaces (using the Export Status infotype (0415)) ensures that unwanted interaction is avoided. The retroactive accounting capabilities remain unrestricted.

The interface toolbox creates the Export Status infotype (0415) for you.

Structure

You can use the following data to monitor the export of individual personnel numbers, if there are special circumstances for these personnel numbers:

·        Name of the interface format from which the export program has been generated.

The DPAI interface format is for example included in the SAP standard system to export data from SAP Payroll to the HR-PAISY third-party system.

·        Date of retroactive accounting limit for exporting

The date determines the earliest point in time from which exporting is allowed.

The retroactive account limit defines the exact date until which changes to master data and time data are exported into the past. Changes to master data before this date are not exported.

·        Data for employees are exported until

The employee data is exported until this date, even if the date is after the employee leaving date. The date must be in a period during which the employee is not active.

·        Data for employees are exported until

The employee data was exported until this date.

·        Personnel number locked

The employee is locked for export. In this case, the personnel number is not exported.

The interface toolbox provides the following information:

·        The interface toolbox creates the Export Status infotype (0415) for this personnel number when the personnel number is exported for the first time.

·        Data for the employee is exported until

For every export, the interface toolbox automatically provides the date until which employee data was exported with the end date of the exported payroll period.

·        Take into account the earliest change to the master data.

When changes are made to an employee’s data that are relevant to payroll, the SAP system provides the earliest date from which the change to the master data is valid, alongside the date of the earliest changes to master data in the Payroll Status infotype (0003).

·        The SAP system sets the indicator for the correction of the export, if a personnel number was rejected during export or if data relevant to payroll was changed in the correction phase.
