Generating EA or EC Forms
In this procedure, you are led through the steps to generate the EA or EC Form.
From the SAP menu, select Human Resources ®Payroll ® Asia/Pacific ® Malaysia ® Subs. activities ®Annual ® Legal reporting ®Taxes ® EA or EC form.
Based on the Determine Income Tax Return Form (EA or EC) feature (LEAEC) configuration the EA or EC Form entry screen appears.
Besides the standard selection section of the entry screen, the following additional parameters need to be addressed:
1. Enter the taxation year for which the EA or EC Form needs to be printed in Year of EA/EC Tax Assessment.
2. You can enter the Employee Residential Address, Spouse Residential Address and Accomodation Address, if required.
3. Enter the bonus period.
4. The Customer Layout button is used to associate a user-defined layout for the SAPScript report.
5. To print the Break down list report, select the EA or EC with Breakdown list option.
6. Choose Program -> Execute.
· An EA or EC Form is printed for each Employer Reference Number.
· A Break Down list is printed for each employee based on the Employer Reference Number.
· An EA or EC Form is printed for every employee based on the Employer Reference Number.
· A sorted EA or EC summary report.
· An EA or EC Return on Remuneration (ROR) report.
