In addition to the standard fields for entering an employee's personal data, this infotype displays the 'Document type' field for Spain.

Use

This field refers to the type of document submitted by the employee for ID purposes.

Select the appropriate document. The system will check the entry in you select ‘DNI or NIF’ or ‘foreign identification number'.
