Configuring End-to-End Monitoring 

Procedure

In order to view messages in end-to-end monitoring of the Runtime Workbench, the following basic configurations are necessary:

       1.      Configure the systems to be monitored in the Runtime Workbench as described under Selecting and Configuring Components.

       2.      Ensure that on each Adapter Engine to be monitored, a destination called pmistore has been defined using the service user for the Runtime Workbench (PIRWBUSER) for authentication.

       3.      Ensure that the service user for the Runtime Workbench (PIRWBUSER) has been defined in each component that is to be included in end-to-end monitoring.

       4.      Ensure that enough batch processes are available on the central monitoring server.
