Change Analysis 

Use

Change analysis allows you to display how certain data (such as processes or assessment ratings) has changed from one timeframe to another. You can specify which timeframes are compared.

Prerequisites

You have authorization for the task Display Change Analysis (DISP-CHGAN).

Features

The objects for which you have an authorization are displayed in hierarchical sequence. You can see from the hierarchy whether any objects have been inserted, for example.

If there is detailed information on a node in the hierarchy, you can display it by selecting that node:

·        At the org unit and process group level, you can display information about the assessment and test of management controls.

·        At the process level, you can display information about process changes, process assessment, and about the assessment and tests of subordinate controls.

From Change Analysis, you can branch to the applications in which the changes were made and display detailed information there.

As with the other report types in Reporting, you can change the report layout in the hierarchy and the detail view under Personalize. The settings you make then apply, even when you leave change analysis and call it up again at a subsequent point in time.
