Use

You can delete price changes made using the Two-Dimensional Price Maintenance Tool and, if required, automatically reinstate the previous price. This might be necessary, for example, if a price was mistakenly changed.

Prerequisites

The exact scope of the delete price function is determined by the price check method assigned to the list variant/ condition type combination selected. For example, for scale-based conditions, this can determine whether you can delete only the last price change or previous price changes too.

In Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream), you define list variant/ condition type combinations by choosing SSR ® Fuels Processing ® Pricing ® Define screen layout for pricing maintenance ® Maintain list variant/condition type.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Pricing ® Delete prices

The Fuels Pricing Report screen appears.
  1. Enter the appropriate selection parameters.
  1. Choose Execute.

The screen for deleting prices appears.
  1. Select the price or prices that you want to delete. You can select a single cell of the price matrix, a row, a column or all prices.
  1. Save your entries.

The Fuels Pricing Report screen appears again. A message confirms that prices have been updated.
