The Defense Forces & Public Security component uses the user administration and authentication mechanisms of the SAP NetWeaver platform, in particular of the SAP NetWeaver Application Server. Therefore, the recommendations and guidelines for user administration and authentication as described in the SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP Security Guide also apply to the Defense Forces & Public Security component.
