Use

You can delete the last set of meter readings received from a location. This may be necessary, for example, if the same readings have been received twice.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Bulk material handling ® Meter readings ® Clear.

The Fuels Meter Readings: Clear screen appears.
  1. Enter the location ID.
  1. Choose Enter.

A list of the last meter readings to be received is displayed.
  1. To display additional data, set the Detail view indicator and choose Enter.

The following data is displayed:
  1. To delete the displayed data, choose Save.

A message confirms that the meter readings have been deleted.

If clearing is not allowed, an error message appears and no deletion occurs.

Result

The selected meter readings are deleted from the meter reading history and the quantities and invoicing amounts are subtracted from the aggregated data record. Cancellation records are created in the Document Base Table (DBT).
