Background documentation Customer Enhancements for SAP Dispute Management  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

SAP Dispute Management provides a series of Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) that you can use to implement customer-specific requirements without having to make modifications.

The BAdIs for SAP Dispute Management are divided into two categories:

Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) in Dispute Case Processing

There are a number of BAdIs in Dispute Case Processing that are called when dispute cases are created or changed by the system. The majority of BAdIs are called irrespective of whether the dispute case was created/changed in Dispute Case Processing or during the process integration of SAP Dispute Management.

In addition to this, the correspondence function and the workflow integration of SAP Dispute Management provide BAdIs for customer-specific adjustments.

For more information, see BAdIs for Dispute Case Processing.

Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) in Process Integration

In the process integration of SAP Dispute Management with Accounts Receivable, there is a series of BAdIs that are called when you create dispute cases in Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) or when dispute cases are changed by the process integration. They are not called when you create or change dispute cases in Dispute Case Processing. An exception is the BAdI FDM_AR_DISP_COMPLETE.

The function for automatically writing off dispute cases also provides a BAdI for customer-specific adjustments (see Configuring the Automatic Write-Off of Dispute Cases).

For more information, see BAdIs for Process Integration.
