Releasing Notices
If you use the release for the amount notice, you can get another user to release the required notices individually on the account, or collectively. This also affects the forward order created for this purpose.
You have the F_NTC_ACT authorization with activity 43 (release) for the bank area and a sufficient amount authorization via the F_NTC_GRP authorization with activity 43 (release) and the corresponding authorization group.
You have specified the rejection reasons in Customizing under Master Data ® Account ® Principle of Dual Control ® Maintain Rejection Reasons.
You can release or reject only notices that have the notice status Active and the release status To be Released.
To release notices for an account, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Account ® Change.
The system displays the initial screen for the display of an account.
2. Enter the bank area, account number, and, if required, the business partner data.
3. Choose Continue.
The account maintenance screen appears.
4. Choose the Amount Notices tab page.
5. Select the notice to be released in the group box Available Amounts.
6. Choose the Release Notice button.
The system displays the Notice: Release, Accounts to be Released screen.
7. Select the one entry and choose the Release or Reject button.
If you choose Reject, you need to select a rejection reason.
The release status in the list changes from To be Released to Released or Rejected. Before you save, you can reset the release status to To be Released.
8. Save your entries.
The system displays a log of the change that you made to the notice.
9. Choose Continue.
The system displays the Change Bank Accounts: Amount Notices screen again.
The release status in the database changes, and thus also in the display in the account in the group box Available Amounts. The system writes a change document and writes the changes to an application log at the same time. You can call this up by choosing Periodic Tasks ® Application Logs ® Release Amount Notice.
To release selected notices, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Account ® Release ® Release Amount Notice.
The system displays the Notice: Release screen.
2. Enter the required parameters for the selection of the notices to be released.
The Release Status field is defaulted with Z (to be released). However, you can select notices with all release statuses.
3. Choose Execute.
The system displays the Notice: Release, Accounts to be Releasedscreen.
4. Select an entry from the list and choose the Release or Reject button.
If you choose Reject, you need to select a rejection reason.
The release status in the list changes from To be Released to Released or Rejected. Before you save, you can reset the release status to To be Released.
5. Repeat the last step for all notices in the list that you want to release or reject.
6. Save your entries.
The system displays a log of the changes that you made. The system writes an application log. You can call this up by choosing Periodic Tasks ® Application Logs ® Release Amount Notice.
7. Choose Continue.
