Displaying Meter Reading History Data

Use

You can display meter reading data for a specified location and time combination.

Prerequisites

The screen layout for price maintenance, which is defined for condition type and list variant combinations, determines the layout of the screen that displays meter reading data. Therefore, you must have created list variants in Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream) by choosing SSR ® Fuels Processing ® Pricing ® Define screen layout for price maintenance. The condition type is derived from the business location master record.

Procedure

Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Bulk material handling ® Information system ® List meter reading history.

The Fuels meter readings: Daily Reporting screen appears.

Enter location ID, time and the list variant for fuels maintenance.

Choose Enter.

The following data is displayed:

Process sequence number

Validity period

Sales volume for materials defined for the list variant

The access type specified in the business location master record determines whether service type is also displayed.

You can choose the:

Detail Data tab to display additional meter reading data

Control Data tab from which you can display billing and goods movement documents created from the displayed meter reading data
