Use

This Employee Self-Service enables you to display Tax Enquiry Form.

Prerequisites

·        An employee must have an SAP user that is directly linked to their SAP employee master data in the Communication infotype (0105) subtype 0001.

·        The employee must have the following infotype records:

¡        Tax Assignment CA infotype (0461) 

¡        Provinces Tax CA infotype (0462)

¡        Federal Tax CA infotype (0463)

¡        Additional Tax Data CA infotype (0464)

Procedure

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for Tax Enquiry Form.

The system displays the Canadian Taxes: Overview screen.

       2.      In View Tax data section, enter or select:

                            a.      As on last pay date

                            b.      As on next pay date

                            c.      As on the date for which you want to display the Tax Enquiry form

       3.      Select Display.

The system displays the Display Canadian Tax: Detail screen

Result

The system displays the following:

     Header information

The system reads this information from Tax Assignment CA infotype (0461) records.

     Federal tax information

The system reads this information from Federal Tax CA infotype (0463) (0462) records.

     Province of Employment tax information

The system reads this information from Provinces Tax CA infotype records.

     Exemptions information

The system reads this information from Additional Tax Data CA infotype (0464) records.
