Use

The Benefits InfoCube contains the employee master data and benefit plan data required for performing analyses of employee benefits within an organization. This data basis can be used, for example, to evaluate benefit plan participation and control benefit costs. Values can be broken down by the following:

Organizational criteria, for example, personnel area and subarea

Criteria relevant to the administration of your benefits, for example, employee groupings
The benefit itself, for example, the benefit plan or plan type

The InfoCube also contains time characteristics that enable you to analyze data on a time basis.

In the update rules, the employee master data for the corresponding date is added to the benefit data from the Benefits InfoSource (0HR_PA_BN_1).
