Human Resources (HR): A person can have multiple assignments as an employee. To make a distinction between employment relationships (employees = 0EMPLOYEE) and real people (0PERSON), the person is an attribute of the employee.

The Person characteristic (0PERSON) enables you to display key figures at the level of real people.
