Manually Assigning a Load ID

       1.      To assign a load ID to an SD document, from the item overview of the SD document, choose Goto ® Item ® Additional functions ® TAS Data.

To assign a load ID to a shipment document, from the vehicle overview of the shipment, choose Goto (2) ® TAS Data.

The dialog box for maintaining the load ID appears.

       2.      Enter the load ID and confirm by choosing Enter.

The system copies all the data from the master record of the load ID as default values.

The system defaults the following data as default values for the validity period of the load ID:

Sales contract	Validity period of the sales contract
Order	Requested delivery date, dependent on the date type
Shipment	Planned date for the start/end of loading

You can change all default values.

       3.      If necessary, you can change the default values.

The following additional processing options are available:

Choose	The system branches to the master record of the current load ID.
Create	One new data record is added.
Deactivate	The current data record is deactivated and removed from the list of active data records. You can then display it by choosing History.

       4.      Choose Continue to leave the dialog box. This results in the changed data being copied into the document.
