Procedure documentation My Assets  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Enter a company code.

    2. The system displays a worklist containing all fixed assets in which your personnel number is entered.

  2. Using the selection criteria, you can instead choose to select fixed assets which may not necessarily contain your personnel number. You can choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to save your combination of selection criteria. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to generate a worklist. Choose My Assets to again see your assets in the company code entered.
  3. To display an asset master record, select it and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Display.
  4. To change an asset master record, select it and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Change.
  5. To propose an asset master record for retirement, select it and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The system opens a new window. There you can enter the reason the retirement is necessary. When you choose Send application, the system automatically forwards your request to the person responsible by means of workflow.
