Use

You use the aggregated data review to check and update data used for reports that show meter readings aggregated for a period.

The SAP Oil & Gas System updates this data automatically, but in the event of a system failure or other problem, it may be that there is a difference between the meter reading history and aggregated data.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Bulk material handling ® Periodic processing ® Meter readings ® Aggregated data review.

The SSR Fuels - Aggregated data regeneration screen appears.
  1. Enter the appropriate selection parameters.
  1. Choose Execute.

A message confirms that aggregated data has been regenerated.
