Upload 

Prerequisites

You need to be logged on in the language in which you would like to upload the data. If you want to upload a file containing several languages into the system, you must be logged on in the language of the data records appearing first in the file.

You need to have created the file in the form described under Uploading Central Settings.

Procedure

¡        In the SAP GUI, choose Tools ® ABAP Workbench ® Development ® ABAP Editor (transaction SE38) in the SAP Easy Access menu.

       1.      Enter program FOPC_UPLOAD and choose Execute.

       2.      Choose the file on your PC that you would like to upload into the system and then choose Execute again.

The system creates a batch input session and displays the number of data records that the system has recognized in the file.

       3.      Choose Process Session.

The system calls up an overview of all MIC upload sessions.

       4.      Select your session and then execute session processing (either online or in the background, depending on the data volume). Only at this point is the data actually transferred into MIC.
