Displaying and Processing Meter Reading
Errors

1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Bulk material handling ® Meter readings ® List and process errors.
The Fuels Meter Readings: Errors maintenance screen appears.
2. Enter selection criteria as required. If you have created display variants, you can choose an appropriate variant.
Choose Execute.
A list of rejected meter readings appears. Each line of the list shows meter reading data. The selected display variant determines the fields that are displayed.
The error status is indicated as follows:
¡ Yellow indicates that you can release data for processing by unlocking the error.
¡ Red indicates that you can not release data for processing by unlocking the error. In this case, you can:
§ Delete the reading and enter or upload data again
§ Use the Meter Error Reprocessing function, if the problem has been solved
3. To display the screen for processing errors:

a. Use the tree on to the left of the list to navigate to a specific meter reading upload
b. Double-click the reading date
A listing of rejected readings for the selected location and time combination appears.

If required, you can replace the delivered subscreen that contains the History Information data section with your own subscreen. To do this, in in Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream), choose SSR ® Fuels Processing ® Process Configuration ® Assign subscreen for meter reading maintenance.
4. To process errors, select the appropriate line or lines of the Meter list table and choose:
¡ Unlock record if you want to release the meter reading to the meter reading history.
If there is more than one error for on meter reading record, choose Error list detail to display all errors. In the dialog box that opens you can choose to unlock those errors that can be released.
¡ Delete lineif you want to delete the meter reading
5. Choose Save to update the status of the rejected readings.
The tree and list are displayed again. The rleased and deleted meter readings no longer appear in the error list.
