The workflow template is triggered by a document that is stored in the document database with the status SENT.

Note that you also have to execute the following reports:

·         Report for sending e-mails

·         Report for posting documents to Time Management database tables (infotypes and the TEVEN table)

·         Error report for the HR/time administrator, as required
