Prerequisites
In the back-end system, make sure there is a central person for each personnel number. This integrates the employee into the personnel and role concept.
Features
Employees use this service to make personal settings that apply to all their trips. The SAP system uses the following infotypes for this:

These default settings then apply whenever the employee uses a travel service.
Integration
The settings in the travel profile apply to all travel services.
