User interface for sales documents

The graphical user interface of the programs for processing sales documents has been improved starting with the R/3 standard release 4.0 (transactions VA01 to VA53). The AFS screens are available in the four groups of sales documents:

Requests for quotation and quotations
Orders
Contracts
Complaints, free of charge deliveries, credit memo requests

Navigation
In addition to the AFS tab pages there are the standard tab pages "sales" and "item". If you choose one of these, you will go to the standard view. If you want to go back from the standard view to the AFS tab pages, choose line entry. The system then provides you with the following AFS interface elements:

Sales Order Entry

During the sales order entry, different functions are offered that are designed for the specific requirements of the apparel and footwear industry. Different screens for data entry are available. Furthermore there are different special AFS functions in the sales order.
