You can use the Document Management system to link specified documents to each business location at both the business location type level and the business type level. Within the business location master record you can navigate directly to these documents.

1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Master data ® Location ® Display
2. Enter the Location ID and, if necessary, the appropriate Business type and choose Enter. The screens showing location master data appear.
3. Choose Extras ® Documents. The Business location - link to documents screen appears. This displays a list of assigned documents and information about each document. You can now select a document from the Linked documents list and choose to display it. For more information, see Display Document.
