Print Reports
Besides the option of printing out reports that are displayed online, you can also create special print layouts in the application Print Reports. You can save the print layouts for subsequent printing purposes. Output uses PDF format.
· You have authorization for the task Print Report (PERF-PRINT).
· You have the Adobe Reader installed on your PC.
The following report types are available:
· Status Overview: Provides an overview of the status of the assessments and tests for controls, processes, and management controls
· Control Documentation: Contains detailed information about a control, such as the P-CO-R-C assignment and the control attributes, as well as information about assessments and tests
· Management Controls: Contains information about the attributes of the management control as well as information about assessments and tests
· Process Documentation: Contains detailed information about a process, such as the P-CO-R-C assignment and the process attributes, as well as information about assessments
· Process – Control Objective – Risk – Control: Shows the P-CO-R-C structure of an organizational unit including descriptions for control objective, risk, and control
· Account Group – Financial Statement Assertion – Control – Process: Shows information about the account group assignments
· Roles and Responsibilities: Shows which persons are responsible in which role for an object
The print report only displays the data for those objects for which you have authorization.
You can either display the PDF file immediately with the print report or request that the report be sent to you as a task in the task list.

1. In the navigation area, choose Print Reports.
2. To display the print reports that you have created, choose Start.
3. To create a new layout, choose Create.
4. Select the report type and enter the required parameters.
5. Save the print layout.
6. If you want the print report to be displayed as soon as the report data has been determined, choose Print.
If you want the print report to be sent to you as a task, choose Request Print Report.
7. The print report is displayed once the report data has been determined or after the corresponding task has been called up in the Adobe Reader. You can print the report using the browser function or save the file on your PC.
