The process method checks for critical consistency errors in the allocation and Customizing of settlement parameters. These errors normally cause the system to terminate the settlement procedure and are therefore output as an alert. You can execute the same consistency check from the settlement document by choosing Goto ®Test Parameter Determination.

The settlement step is called after the data selection.
