This service enables you to view PDF-based forms for travel requests, travel plans, and expense reports.

Prerequisites
You maintain the forms in Customizing for Travel Management. You can find the travel expense form under:
Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® Travel Management ® Travel Expenses ® Dialog and Travel Expenses Control ® Forms.
You can find the forms for travel requests and travel planning under:
Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® Travel Management ® Travel Planning ® Technical and Organizational Prerequisites ® Process Control ® Dialog and Planning Control ® Forms.
Optional Settings
You can make additional settings by means of URL parameters in Customizing for the Homepage Framework under Resources ® Define Resources by making one of the following entries for the resource EMPLOYEE_TRAVE_TRIP_FORM_PDF in the field URL Parameter.
