Features

This application allows you to enable employees to contact the Employee Interaction Center (EIC) with a request. To do this, you can show a link on the interface of any Employee Self-Service application.

The EIC Request application is delivered as a help service. For more information, see the documentation for the Self-Services Homepage and choose Help Service.

When an employee clicks on the link, he or she can the fill out an Adobe form and send the request to the EIC.
