Gratuity Listing Report

Use
This function generates a Gratuity List for a selected employee range, within a specified gratuity period. This is a non-statutory report.
Prerequisites
· You have maintained the Personal IDs infotype (0185) Gratuity for India subtype (03).
· You have processed the payroll for the required period and have payroll results.
Features
The function generates a Gratuity List, providing gratuity information on an individual employee. For a Gratuity Trust ID and a selected range of Personnel Numbers, the list displays the:
· Name of the employee
· Gross salary of the employee
· Contribution made by the employer towards employee gratuity
Activities

1. Access the report from the SAP Easy Access using Human Resources ® Payroll ® Asia Pacific ® India ® Subsequent Activities ® Per Payroll Period ® Reporting ® Gratuity ® Gratuity Listing.
2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
3. Specify the Gratuity Trust ID for which you want to generate the report.
4. If you want the output in a customized format, select the Customer Layout option and enter the name of the Customer Layout.
