Displaying Uploaded Meter Readings

Use

To check incoming meter reading data, you can display data held in the intermediate documents (IDocs) for meter reading upload.

Procedure

Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Service Station Retailing ® Interfaces ® ALE Monitoring ® Monitoring ® Display IDoc list.

The IDoc lists screen appears.

Enter the appropriate selection parameters, including the Logical message type OILBLM_SAVEMULTIPLE.

Choose Execute.

A status overview appears.

To display the IDocs, double-click one of the status rows.

A list of IDocs appears.

To display details, double-click the row of the IDoc that you want to display.

Select a row and choose IDoc

Use the tree on the left of the screen to navigate to Data records and then the IDoc segments. Each IDoc segment contains meter reading data for one material or material and service type combination.

The following data is displayed for each segment:

Location ID

Material. The name of the material may differ from that used in the Oil & Gas System. The conversion group assigned in the business location master record enables the system to convert any inbound or outbound field value (or range of values) to and from internal field values.

Service type (for example, self or full service)

Timestamp

Time zone

Meter event type (for example, sales flow, resets, or flushing)

Counter reading

Sales price
