Creating a Load ID

       1.      Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Bulk transportation ® Interfaces ® TAS Interface ® Load ID  ®  Create.

The initial screen appears.

       2.      Enter the control structure type (CS type), the load ID type, and the control structure.

Choose Load ID ® Master Data.

The detail screen appears.

       3.      Enter the required data on the tab pages Main Information, Control Fields, Additional Info, and Add.Control Fields.

       4.      Save or confirmthe load ID.

Copying a Load ID

You can use an existing load ID as a reference for a new load ID that you want to create. During this process, you can decide whether you want to copy the main information and control fields.

Changing a Load ID

You can change load IDs that have been saved, confirmed, and reset. You cannot process load IDs that have been released. You must first reset these.

With the exception of the function group, you can change all other entries.

Deleting a Load ID

You can delete only those load IDs that have been saved and that are marked for deletion. You cannot delete load IDs that have been confirmed or released.
