This Employee Self-Service (ESS) gives your employees the option of viewing the appraisals where they have been the appraisee (annual reviews, for example).
Advantages of using this service:
· Reduces the administrative workload of staff in the personnel department and supervisors
· Promotes employee involvement and responsibility
Each employee is only allowed to view his or her own appraisals. This means that each employee requires a user in the appropriate system, and also authorization for displaying his/her own appraisals.
If you have assigned the user to a person in infotype 102, the person’s appraisals will also be displayed.
No special security measures need to be implemented.
· All appraisals pertaining to the employee are displayed.
· By clicking on an appraisal, the employee can go directly to the data screen of this appraisal and view the details of this appraisal.
· Detailed information is displayed for each appraisal (for example, important information such as the appraiser(s), appraisal status, and period appraised).
The service name of this ESS is MY_APPRAISALS. All the files relating to this service have been stored under this name in the system.
Every change you make to SAP development objects used in this service constitutes a system modification. Never change the development objects in the standard system!
