This function enables you to perform various payroll processes that are not covered by the regular payroll run.

In Customizing for Payroll South Korea, under Basic Settings ® Payroll Organization ® Set up off-cycle reasons, you must have set up your off-cycle reasons, specified the off-cycle payroll procedures that are to be available, and defined the appropriate process model for all subsequent activities. In addition, you must have configured the check management functions.

In Customizing for Payroll South Korea, under Authorization Administration, you must have defined the authorizations for activity groups SAP_HR_PY_CLERK_KR and SAP_HR_PY_SPECIALIST_KR. These are required for off-cycle activities. To restrict the authorizations for individual administrators, use the authorization object P_OCWBENCH. In Customizing for Personnel Administration, under Payroll Data ® Additional Payments: Off-Cycle, you set up the wage types that you require for off-cycle payroll runs.

You must have scheduled the Subsequent processes of off-cycle payroll runs report (RPUOCP00), with appropriate variants for batch sequential processing, as a regular background job. To do this, choose System ® Services ® Jobs ® Define Job.
