Definition

The Disciplinary Measure infotype (0545) records the details of disciplinary measures taken by the company towards the employees who violate regulations of the company.

 

Use

Information contained in this infotype is used for personal data management. It is also related to payroll calculation since some disciplinary measures the employee got may lead to the deduction of basic payment or downgrade of pay scale group and so on.

 

Structure

In this infotype, you maintain the following information:

·        Type

You select the specific disciplinary measure that the employee has got. To define the different disciplinary measure types, you do Customizing in the Implementation Guide (IMG), under Payroll Korea  ®Personnel Management  ® Disciplinary Measures  ® Define Types of Disciplinary Measures.

 

Hinweis

The possible disciplinary measure types can be Warning, Deduction of basic pay, Downgrade of pay scale group, and so on.

When you select the types other than Warning and choose Save in the infotype maintenance screen, it will automatically jump to another screen where you continue to make changes to the employee’s basic payment, pay scale group and other dynamic selections. 

 

·        Reason

It describes the reason why the company takes a disciplinary measure to wards the employee.

 

·        Authority

You maintain the authority that issued the disciplinary measure. It could be an inter-company committee or a government authority.
