The function offers activities that are not part of regular payroll. Unlike a regular payroll run, which is normally run on a specific day in each payroll period, you can perform off-cycle activities on any day.

Using the Off-Cycle Activities function, you can conduct payroll accounting online. All other activities related to payroll or check management are collected together in process models.

In a process model, the SAP System continues processing the payroll results in the background. A remuneration statement is created, wages are paid, and the data is transferred to Financial Accounting.

You can access the off-cycle function by choosing Human Resources ® Payroll ® Asia/Pacific ® S.Korea ® Off-cycle.
