Separation Payment Infotype (0538)
Definition
The Separation Payment infotype (0538) contains all relevant data for the
separation payment to be paid to employees.
Use
For the payroll program to calculate the amount employers need to pay, you must create a record for the separation payment infotype for the employee.
Structure
The settings you make in the Separation Payment infotype (0538) include the following:
- Correction payment, any additional payment to separation payment, separation payment amount converted into the national pension premium
- Employee‘s previous company details before he or she joins the current company (such as business ID, the previous separation payment date and amount)
- Employee service period details (including the service period in the previous company and the service period of working for several companies simultaneously)
