Awards Infotype (0183) 

Definition

In this infotype, you enter data on additional payments that the employee is to receive as awards. You can decide whether this data is relevant to a payroll run in the SAP system.

 

Structure

In this infotype, you maintain the following information:

·        Award type

Depending on the Award type you select, the system will default an amount that you can change and indicate whether the award is relevant to payroll or not. You do this Customizing setting in the Implementation Guide (IMG), under Payroll Korea  ® Personnel Administration  ® Awards.

·        Reason

You specify for what reason the employee gets the award.

·        Pay date and approval date

If an award is created as relevant to payroll, you must enter the pay date as well as the date of approval; otherwise the system will not be able to determine in which payroll run the award is to be processed. Once you have entered the dates, the system will default the wage type name.

·        Awards text

Enter any additional information of the awards.
