Service period allowance is contained in the Recurring Payment/Deductions infotype (0014).
Features
After copying wage type in the Implementation Guide (IMG) activity, you can create wage types for service period allowance in the Recurring Payment/Deductions infotype (0014). If you input wage types with an amount in the infotype, the SAP System uses the amount you entered. If you input without an amount, it evaluates the wage types according to your configuration in the IMG activity to determine the amount.
You must define the characteristics for the wage type of service period allowance in the customizing activity.
The standard system provides the calculation method for service period “SENI,” or you can create your own calculation method to meet your requirement. You also need to assign the wage type of the service period allowance to the service period calculation method.
