Time Ticket Confirmation for the Production Order

Use

The single-screen entry of the SAP standard Enter time ticket for production order is available for AFS. That means that you can select AFS data and carry out confirmations for the selected data in one screen.

Note

For AFS, the tolerances are checked in the single-screen entry with reference to SKUs or to bundles.

Note that if you are processing a standard order the AFS functions will be hidden in the single-screen entry.

Prerequisites

In the single-screen Customizing there is a detailed section for AFS quantities which is comparable to the detailed section for standard quantities. If no user parameters have been maintained for this, a default setting is used which has been adapted for AFS.

Customizing Settings for the Quantity Proposal

The system will do the following depending on the Customizing settings for quantities:

Setting: No proposal

The system will write the AFS data to the database exactly as the user enters it.

Setting: Immediate Proposal

When you create the confirmation, the system calculates the proposed quantities and copies the changes you have made.

Setting: Proposal when saving

The system calculates the proposed quantities for all the entries that have not been manually changed by the user.

Features

You can control the display of AFS data with the Display Filter for AFS Data. You can use the wildcard character * for character strings. The individual entries are linked by a logical AND.

You can have the system propose actual data for AFS data and then carry out the confirmation. If you have selected AFS entries, the system will only calculate the quantities for those selected entries.

Note

Neither the selection functions nor the display filter have an effect on the selection of the saved data. The saved data is only selected via the entered quantities.

AFS supports the batch input programming and the corresponding data transfer. Remember that there is a standard restriction so that the text edit control is not capable of batch input.

AFS Restrictions

AFS does not support the mass processing of confirmations.
