ARun Customizing Check Report 

Definition

This report shows Customizing entries for an ARun Type and optionally performs a consistency check on those entries. It is intended to assist consultants and customers with ARun Customizing.

Use

Use this report to check whether you have made Customizing settings for ARun properly. It simulates an ARun and shows you what the results would have been had the ARun been actually executed. The report:

·        Displays all Customizing parameters for a given ARun type in a tree structure. The customizing parameters, such as selection, grouping, and sorting, are displayed as nodes, with the check results displayed as subnodes beneath each parameter.

·        Checks certain Customizing parameters, such as sorting, release, allocation, and so on. For each setting, the report displays a traffic signal lights indicating whether it passed the check successfully (green light), or results in an error (red light) or warning (yellow light).

If one subnode indicates an error (red), the parent node has the same signal (red). If there is more than one subnode, the parent node inherits the most severe signal. For example, if a parent node has two subnodes - one yellow and one red - the parent node will be red. Likewise, if one node is yellow and one is green, the parent node will be yellow.

·        Allows you to double click on a node and jump right to the pertinent Customizing screen (in display mode).

·        Allows you to display ARun control data.

Structure

The report carries out the following checks:

	Group number	The requirements are grouped but the group number (generated by the system, GROUC/ GROUI) is not one of the sorting fields with the highest priority	Warning
Allocation	Preparation module	The sorting rule includes one or more schedule line fields and the preparation module is J_3AR_ALLOCATION_PREPARE_1	Warning
	Preparation module	The sorting rule does not include any schedule line fields and the preparation module is J_3AR_ALLOCATION_PREPARE_2	Warning
	Category check	The category check in the assignment is set to 2 or blank	Warning
Release	Grouping	There is no grouping rule but the release parameter for the grouping is greater than zero	Warning
	Determination rule	The usage is F but and no determination rule entries exist	Warning
