AFS Print Programs for Shop Floor Papers

Use

All shop floor papers in the AFS system include SKU and bundle information. The SAP standard print programs have been replaced by AFS print programs so that this information can be available.

The names of the AFS print programs start with J_3A* (the SAP standard print programs start with PPPR* or PSFC*). In order to be able to print AFS-specific data, you must use these AFS print programs.

The following shop floor papers have been enhanced with AFS data:

Confirmation slip
Goods issue slip
Job ticket
Object overview
Pick list
Standard form
Time ticket
Goods receipt list

The following table shows the combination of AFS print programs and forms:

Features

You can print automatically after the release of the production order or manually using Print Shop Floor Papers in the standard system.

Activities

To use AFS forms and print programs for your shop floor papers, make the following Customizing settings:

Choose Production ® Shop Floor Control ® Operations ® Define Print Control.

Select the list you want, for example LK01, and choose Forms.

Replace the SAP standard form with the appropriate AFS form, for example, PSFC_STD_LAYOUT with /AFS/PSFC_STD_L1 for list LK01.

Save.

Choose Print programs and enter the corresponding AFS print program for the desired list, such as J_3APICK for LK01.

Release a production order and check the print setup.
