You can use the collective display of the standard MRP list to analyze exception messages for an AFS material and to check their origin. These are based on the result of the latest AFS MRP run. Here you can carry out the analysis down to the grid value level and category level.

The collective display of the standard MRP list is an overview, according to the criteria you have selected, of the materials that were planned in the last AFS planning run.

For each material the system displays the total of created exception messages per exception group. You can view this at SKU level for the evaluation. The exception messages are displayed at SKU level per exception group.

Using the description of the exception message (both SAP standard and AFS) you can better understand which exception message has been created per MRP element.

To analyze the origin of the exception messages you must select an exception message per MRP element and evaluate the stock/ requirement situation of the respective AFS material at SKU level. Here you can see the situation in which the respective MRP element and the related exception message have been created. This way you can conclude which SKUs create the most exception messages of which type and you can intervene, if necessary.

You cannot maintain the resubmission date for exception messages of AFS materials in the collective display of the standard MRP list.
