Web Applications: Development News Service & Support Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You can use the Service & Support iView to set up a connection to SAP Internet Customer Self-Service (ICSS). This gives reseller employees access to more functions.

Using this iView, resellers can create service requests via the Internet, and monitor and update their own service requests. Central processing and monitoring of service requests via the Customer Interaction Center provide a standardized means of communication. Resellers can use this iView to process returns and look at frequently asked questions (FAQs). All service requests are stored online in SAP CRM and are available to the Call Center agents.
